We’ll look at the help available for tenants who are behind in their rent due to the pandemic. Stephen talks with the heads of two Detroit nonprofits involved in administering Michigan’s new COVID Emergency Rental Assistance ProgramUnited Community Housing Coalition and Homeless Action Network of Detroit, which will help tenants catch up on back rent payments and avoid future evictions.  Plus, Detroit Public TV’s WORLD Channel is rebroadcasting the iconic 1987 civil rights history series, “Eyes on the Prize.” Stephen talks with the WORLD Channel’s executive producer and the series’ production company president about the documentary’s relevance today and the opportunity to show it to a new generation of viewers.
